Dyane Johnson Holt has established herself as a human resource professional with over 12 years in the profession. Effective May 2007, Dyane Holt holds the position of Director, Human Resources for V-Tech Solutions, Inc., a full service Information Technology and Professional Services company operating in the government/non-profit and commercial client environment. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the Human Resources department of the company, to include the administration of compensation, benefits, employee relations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and developing and directing internal relations. Her role ensures V-Tech’s continued viability and growth.

Prior to joining V-Tech Solutions, Ms. Holt served as a senior-level Knowledge Advisor for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)—the world’s largest professional association devoted to human resource management. Considered an “HR Guru” amongst her colleagues, Ms. Holt worked in the Knowledge Center responding to the SHRM membership advising members inquiries, providing HR related information and support. She was responsible for developing content currently available on the SHRM website; writing content in the society’s magazine; and participating in the review of certification examinations for The Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Ms. Holt has been published in an encyclopedia through Sage Publications.

Ms. Holt is a native Washingtonian. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Consumer Economics. She furthered her studies at the University of Maryland, University College, where she received a Masters of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources in 1998. In 2003, she completed her Masters of Business Administration at the same educational institution. Ms. Holt is currently a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She also holds a property and casualty license in the state of Maryland and is a notary public in the state of Maryland.
