V-Tech is currently recruiting for the following positions:

Call Center Representative, Shirlington VA - Primary function is to answer and track customer phone calls, emails, voice mail, faxes, postal mail and walk-ins. Provide general information and referrals appropriately. Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of available services and resources as well as team members within the Call Center. High school degree required and 1 yr. of previous call center experience.

Call Center Project Manager, Shirlington VA - Notifies the client of response trends and projected volume data and other reports to meet service levels; establishes and maintains excellent client relations, providing feedback to management and offering the expansion of program services on an ongoing and continuous basis; enforces Company standard operating procedures regarding the integrity of the information systems and telecommunications systems; effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the client's Information Program; schedules staff to ensure appropriate coverage for peak volume periods and monitors call center performance metrics to ensure client performance guarantees are met.

Information Security Analyst, Washington DC - Provide certification and accreditation (C&A) support in designing, developing, engineering and implementing solutions to security requirements. Monitor the health, status, and availability of security devices. Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures for information systems to regulate access to computer data files and prevent unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure of information. This is a junior level position with 1-2 years experience and has a current certification (i.e. CISSP, Security +)

Java Developer, Alexandria VA - Must be experienced at least 2 years, specifically for Ingres and Tomcat - must have experiences and know it inside out; Java and JSP programming languages; Etrust version 8.x (Admin, Identity and Access Management, Self Service, etc.); LDAP authentications; AKO/CAC authentication using Java; CA Workflow; Ingres database version 3.x (database tune-up, import/export,maintain and configure checkpoints, journals, etc.); high availability and load balancing; CA reporter; XML (Extensible Markup Language); Windows 2002

Network Security Engineer, Alexandria VA - Certification in one of the following: MSCE, CISSP, CCSP, CCIE, GCFW, GSEC, GCIH), Windows 2003 or 7 or more years of progressive work experience in information systems support and Information Assurance. Ability to configure, administer and troubleshoot various server and workstation operating system environments (O/S); analyses, researches, interprets, performs troubleshooting and monitoring of various server and workstation O/S environments that provide the platform for the aforementioned network security components or appliance. Must have a detailed working knowledge of the following O/S: Microsoft Windows - all versions/platforms, UNIX, Solaris and BSD Linux. Ability to install and manage URL content filtering software and web caching devices (Bluecoat). Candidates must have a working knowledge of Websense URL content filtering software. Must be able to install, configure and administer Websense. Have a detailed working knowledge of the installation, configurations and administration of Websense. Have a detailed working knowledge of the installation, configurations and administration of CISCO web cache engines. Have a detailed working knowledge and the ability to configure, administer and troubleshoot a load balanced Windows domain name server (DNS) and Oracle TNS environment. Must be familiar with DA information Assurance and Information Security regulations and policies to include the DIACAP.
