Blanket Purchase Agreements
V-Tech accepts Blanket Purchase Agreemments (BPA's) for short or long-term relationships. BPAs are open to all commercial, federal, state and local clients.

HUBZone Contract
A HUBZone is a “historically under utilized business zone” which serves communities with low income or high unemployment rates.

A competitive HUBZone contract can be awarded if the contracting officer has a reasonable expectation at least two qualified HUBZone businesses will submit offers and the contract can be awarded at a fair market price.

A sole-source contract can be awarded if the contracting officer does not have a reasonable expectation that two or more qualified HUBZone small business will submit offers, determines that the qualified HUBZone small business is responsible, and determines that the contract can be awarded at a fair market price. Federal regulations restrict awards that exceed $5 million for manufacturers or $3 million for construction and service providers.

A full and open competition contract can be awarded with a price evaluation preference. The offer of the HUBZone small business must not be more than 10 percent higher of the offer of the non-HUBZone business.

The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2 Services (ITES-2S) program is a performance-based, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that will help the U.S. Army acquire innovative, standardized, turnkey solutions and services. EDS, along with our larger team of partners including V-TECH Solutions, can bring proven experience and capabilities delivering end-to-end IT solutions across all ITES-2S requirement areas.

The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) is an ID/IQ contract serving the Department of Homeland Security as a department-wide platform for acquiring IT service solutions in five functional categories (FC).

ALLIANT

The scope of the Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the Contract and IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002.
