Victor P. Holt is the founder, President and CEO of V-Tech Solutions, Inc. (V-Tech). A native Washingtonian, he received his early education from DC Public Schools K-12. Holt was first introduced to Information Technology while serving in the United States Air Force. A learned engineer, he has over 20 years of experience in systems engineering, information technology and business development.

Mr Holt's, previous contracting experience includes Federal, DOD and State governments. He held management and lead positions with Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, EDS and small 8(a) companies. Never one to run in a pack, he incorporated V-Tech in Washington DC, in 2000 as an Information Technology and Professional Services company. Mr. Holt will tell you, he literally started the company on an elevator by interrupting a conversation and asking for a contract, which was awarded to V-Tech.

As President and CEO, Mr. Holt's primary responsibilities are in the areas of business development, contracts, finance and administration. His leadership experience encompasses an array of disciplines, including technology, healthcare management, sales, marketing and business development Under his guidance, V-Tech has grown from a one-person company to a 62 employee company that contributes to the wealth, prosperity and economic health of the District's area residents by providing employment and career opportunities.

Through his guidance V-Tech has successfully certified as a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and HUBZone Enterprise. In addition, V-Tech is also certified by the District of Columbia as a Local Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LSDBE).

In addition to his entrepreneurial and professional roles Mr. Holt serves on the board of the Health Outreach Information Network (HOIN) and the McKinley Technology High School Fund Foundation. He is also an active member of the DC Chamber of Commerce and DC Board of Trade.
