Niambi Jarvis, J.D. is the Vice President of CRM Services for V-Tech Solutions. The Customer Relationship Management group provides Federal, State and Local government entities with cutting edge solutions that maximize customer/constituent services and encourage customer satisfaction and loyalty. Relationship management and business development is a passion of hers and is evident in her commitment to "Excellence at Work" with V-Tech Solutions.
Jarvis has experience in large scale technological rollouts for Internet product launches, in addition to hardware and software development programs in the public and private sector. She managed 28 of Lockheed Martin's integrated projects on the U.S. Census Bureau's DCS 2000 program which developed the computer system that captured the 2000 census. In addition, Jarvis has managed and provided extensive project management control support on major IT programs and initiatives with the American Red Cross. Most recently, Niambi managed the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Public and Indian Housing Information Center's call center. PIC Help supported over 15,000 users, Federal personnel, public housing authority personnel and the general public across the United States. The implementation included an offsite call center and self-service model using state-of-the-art contact management center technologies.
Niambi is a native Washingtonian who graduated from Howard University with a B.A. in Spanish and Marketing and a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law. She has also studied at Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia and participated as a Youth Ambassador to Israel in 1988. Ms. Jarvis has been recognized for her commitment to women and technology by Black Entertainment Television (BET), AOL Black Voices, Good Morning America, Working Mother and Black Enterprise Magazine. Niambi co-hosted the Nouveau Networking segment on national talk show, Greatness by Design on XM Satellite Radio. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Phi Beta Kappa, the National Council of Negro Women, and DC Web Women. Niambi is married and enjoys family life with her two brilliantly active sons.
